For most dates, reaching out at least 1–2 weeks in advance gives you the best chance of getting your preferred sitter and schedule. For holidays and peak travel times, the earlier the better — those can book up quickly.

Yes, we'll always do our best to help — though same-day or last-minute requests depend on sitter availability in your area. There is a $3 charge for each care visit booking request under 24 hours, and a $10 charge for overnight sit requests made under 7 days.
