New clients save 50% on all pet care services for 6 months from their first booking. Pet care starts at $14.99 per visit during that window, and the offer covers everything we do — drop-in visits, dog walking, extended day care, and overnight sitting.

All bookings include a 3.99% processing fee. Your exact price depends on the visit length, how many pets you have, and any options you add, and it's always shown in full before you pay.

A drop-in visit covers feeding, fresh water, a potty break or walk, playtime and companionship, and any medications your pet needs — plus a photo update so you know how it went.

Yes. Our Pros are experienced with oral medications, and several are comfortable with more specialized care such as insulin injections. Let us know your pet's needs when you book.

You can request a tighter arrival window for an add-on fee: $3.00 per visit for a 2-hour window or $5.00 per visit for a 1-hour window. Otherwise we arrive within your selected time frame.

You can add optional cancellation protection at checkout for 10% of your booking, which lets you cancel eligible visits without the usual cancellation terms applying.

Yes. Overnight sitting keeps your pets comfortable in their own home overnight with dedicated, loving attention. Last-minute overnight requests include a $50.00 fee.

We follow your pet's exact routine — feeding, water refresh, litter cleanup or potty break, and playtime or walking. You'll receive photo/text updates each visit using our Pet Pal Paw Print™, a quick visual summary confirming what was completed.

Yes — book as many visits as needed. Many clients choose morning + mid-day + evening.

Yes. Dog walking focuses on outdoor exercise. Drop-in care covers feeding, litter/potty break, playtime, medication, and other routine needs.

Overnight Sitting is in-home overnight care from 11 PM to 6 AM, so your pet stays comfortable in their own home on their normal routine. Every night includes 30 minutes of free morning and 30 minutes of free evening care in addition to the overnight stay — feeding, potty breaks, and companionship. You'll receive updates through our Pet Pal Paw Print™, just like our daytime visits.

Yes — for pets who need extra support during the day, you can add optional daytime care visits on any day of your stay right in the booking flow. Add as many as your pet needs.

Overnight Sitting requires real planning around sitter availability, so please book at least 7 days in advance. You can schedule overnight stays up to 90 days ahead.

We provide Care Visits across Woodstock (including Towne Lake), Kennesaw, Acworth, and Northern Marietta — Cobb and Cherokee Counties.

When you select your sitter's arrival time, they're given a window to arrive at your location. Our standard arrival window is 3 hours, meaning your sitter may arrive up to 90 minutes before or 90 minutes after your selected time.

Upgrade options:

• 2-hour window — $3.00 per visit (within 60 minutes before or after)

• 1-hour window — $5.00 per visit (within 30 minutes before or after)

All care visits (drop-ins, dog walking, extended stay, and all-day care) must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the selected arrival time to receive full credit back to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit time are non-refundable unless cancellation protection was added at checkout.

Because overnight stays reserve a sitter's availability well ahead of time, Overnight Sitting has a 7-day cancellation window. Please cancel at least 7 days before your first overnight to receive full credit back to your account.

Payment is collected automatically at the time of booking through our online portal.
